The Sioux Center Health Board of Directors and hospital administration are pleased to announce a new name for Sioux Center Health’s Senior Living campus: Crown Pointe Estates. Royale Meadows and Crown Pointe have been established names on the Senior Living campus, and the identification of one name creates one community for all residents to provide a secure, compassionate, and vibrant environment that inspires continuous enthusiasm for life.
Crown Pointe Estates at Sioux Center Health provides a complete continuum of care for residents – from independent and assisted living to long-term care including memory care, skilled nursing care, and hospice and home care. Services are dedicated to the individual needs of each resident at the level of care required for every stage of their aging journey.
“This building project is designed to meet the needs and desires of our growing population with the goal of establishing a sense of one vibrant, active community,” said Cory Nelson, CEO of Sioux Center Health.
Sioux Center Health’s Growing Community building project includes the construction of 32 additional private skilled nursing rooms, 24 assisted living apartments, and 16 assisted living memory care apartments. In addition to these added neighborhoods, the project will also provide continued quality of life to residents with the construction of Main Street, which will include a community center, outdoor courtyard, café, pub, salon, and chapel. The expansion will provide greater capacity to keep our residents close to family, friends, and their faith community. These new spaces, programs, and services are designed to enhance the lives of residents and create an opportunity for family, friends, and visitors to enjoy the amenities that bring us all closer together as one community.
